WORKPLACE WELLNESS
Our workplace wellness solutions are aimed at any business owner(s) or leader(s) who would like to explore and/or embed a culture of wellbeing into their organization.
We offer companies bite sized online ‘wellbeing breaks’ for employees. They tune-in online, via zoom, and move, stretch, relax and unwind with us. Our monthly packages are tailored for employees working at home.
Life right now, for most of us, is vastly different from just twelve months ago: most office-based people are working at home and there is very little commuting; our stress and anxiety levels have increased; we are not moving as much, and our bodies and brains are feeling the full effects of this pandemic.
Our packages last 30 days and can include as many 30 min sessions as you like (you choose from a list of options) allowing you to try/offer as many things as possible to your staff. The sessions are delivered Monday to Friday, on days and times that suit you. All sessions are ‘live’ and also recorded (don’t worry, only the instructor is visible!), so you can access them at a later date.
What classes are on offer?
There’s Yoga for beginners; restorative yoga (Yin); yoga for sporty types; chair yoga. We also offer: stretch and release sessions; physio-inspired exercises and functional movement sessions; abs and arms; fitness for beginners; High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT); Pilates; guided meditation; guided breathwork and relaxation; sleep sessions; detoxing facials (for ‘depuffing’) for an added glow!
Benefits to your staff?
Increased focus, energy, and concentration; reduced stress and anxiety; better sleep; improved cognitive function. Staff will also feel more valued, supported, and respected. Overall, it will help employee relations and keep your team active and healthy.
Right now, our wellbeing at work is influenced by several factors: physical (too much time sitting at inappropriate desks, i.e. the kitchen table); environmental (eye strain from Zoom meets, noise pollution, disruption and distraction – both in and outside the home); psychological (stress, increased workload, burn-out); social (lack of connectivity and support).
We know that ‘employee wellbeing’ refers to the impact someone’s job has on their overall health and happiness, and when we talk about ‘overall wellness’, it’s a combination of physical and mental health.
Give us a call or email us to talk more about a package to suit your company’s ethos and we’ll send you options and discuss costs. We can tailor a package to suit your needs and budget.
