Yin Yoga

This class is performed in a non-heated room and is mostly floor based using several props. The aim is to stretch beyond the muscle and target into the fascia, ligaments and tendons, while calming the mind and relaxing the nervous system. Expect longer stretches (up to 5 mins) of some of your favorite postures.  

Who is this for? 
It’s great for improving joint mobility, whilst working safely to target injuries, niggles, and irritations. Lots of options given to allow the practitioner to be safe and get the full benefits of this therapeutic practice.
