Weights & Cardio

A great way to get stronger and fitter using lightweights (1 to 2 kilos), resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. We use HIIT training to get your heart rate up and weights to target those smaller more dormant muscles to help strengthen your whole upper body. We add heat (32 degrees) for a challenge and to get you fitter faster.  

Who is this for? 
If you want to lose weight, tone up and get fit, then this class will do all those things. It’s a challenge in a good way and every week is different – targeting your whole body, leaving you feeling strong and on a huge high!
