The Set

The pillars of this class are Vinyasa yoga, and this set sequence is part of Patrick Beach’s Awakening Yoga Academy. A flowing-style class with options to work strongly or stay in the beginners pose. Modifications given throughout. Stretch, strengthen and sweat – a little (it’s performed in a warm room: 30 degrees).  

Who is this for?  
If you love Vinyasa flow yoga, then you’ll love this sequence. It’s perfect if you want to increase your flexibility, arm strength and core, whilst opening your body. It works from the top of the head to your toes.
