The Hot Flow (38 degrees) has it all! A bit of vinyasa flow, twists, core, and arm strengtheners, balancing and deep hip openers. Perfect for beginners to intermediate – lots of options and modifications to take it up or down. We do several styles of breathwork, at the beginning and end of class.
Who is this for?
Everyone! The class uses props (yoga block & strap) and offers options to expand into stronger postures or stay safely in the beginner pose. You can work on your flexibility and power, whilst learning more about your body – the strengths and the weaknesses.
