Hot Core

Our signature fitness class (32 degrees) in the heat. We created a class that covers all the bases, with physio-inspired mobilisers to an effective abdominal workout. Our aim is to strengthen your glutes, core, back and arms, safely and effectively with a range of bodyweight exercises. We work out in the heat to increase our stamina, fitness and after six weeks you’ll notice tangible results.  

Who is this for?  
Everyone! We offer up modifications so that you can start small and then as you build up your muscular strength and endurance, you can take things further. For your first few sessions, get used to ‘working out’ in the heat and take it easy. You’ll adapt quickly and enjoy seeing and feeling the progressions.
