Hot 26 & 2

We offer the express (1 hour) or the original hot yoga sequence (90 mins). The Hot 26 is the original hot yoga class which started in the United States over 20 years ago. It’s Hatha yoga performed in the heat (40 degrees) and in the 90 min class you do 26 postures twice. This class is a set sequence, and the postures stay the same, but you (body and mind) change with each class.  

Who is this for?  
Everyone! But if you are tight, sore and have injuries, you’ll love the therapeutic benefits of this class. You’ll build strength, stamina, and flexibility. It was created for beginners to advanced practitioners. The session starts and finishes with pranayama breathing.
