This is a slow-moving class in a warm room (30 degrees) that starts on the floor and extends into standing postures to warm up the hips, shoulders, glutes, back and breath. We then return to the floor for some deep stretches, inspired by Yin yoga. It’s a stretch for the body and mind. We start with breathwork and finish with relaxation and self-massage.
Who is this for?
If you are tight, sore and have injuries, you will benefit from this class. If you play sport or sit down all day, then adding this to your weekly schedule will help iron out the kinks and keep you feeling loose and mobile. If you are stressed and need to unwind, this is perfect.
