WE TAKE IT PERSONALLY
We offer one-on-one Personal Training sessions, plus group training for couples, families, or friends. Our Personal Training sessions are customised for your needs, and we work with a wide range of clients, from ages 16 to 80! Every decade we change and our needs change too; plus injury and illness can derail our fitness and wellness plans for months or decades. Signing up for a PT session could be the ‘kick-start’ back into fitness that you need. Our priority is safety and effectiveness, slow progressions with your ‘body’ and ‘personality’ in mind.
We also offer PT for yoga;
If you have any questions about certain postures or want to discuss injuries, muscle imbalances, form and restrictions, then a PT session can be helpful and will allow you to get the most out of your yoga classes.
Our sessions start at £35 pp and we offer 30 min, 45 min and 1 hour sessions.
