Welcome back to Heat Fitness. We have missed the studio and all our members – we’ve had some great times here over the past few years; shared some amazing classes and workshops with our members, and had some wonderful teachers work with us.
We want to make sure that your experience with us is as safe as possible, so we have made the following changes in line with government guidelines:
Our yoga studio has reduced capacity – 11 mats in total for clients and 1 teacher.
Our TRX and fitness studio has reduced capacity – 8 clients in total and 1 teacher.
Our classes are staggered with 45 mins between sessions to alleviate crowding and to allow for additional cleaning.
We have several wall mounted hand sanitizer stations for your use throughout the studio.
Our cleaning procedures have been increased to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
We are opening our changing rooms and showers for use, with restricted numbers: 4 in the ladies and 3 in the gents.
You will be able to hire mats and towels from us, but we recommend you bring your own mat, towel and any props that you need. You must bring a towel to class with you or you will need to hire one.
We will continue to offer a mat storage facility – use your own mat, leave it in the allocated bin after your class and we will clean it and store it for your next session.
If we work together, we can enjoy a safe re-entry to the studio and get back to what we love doing.
We need your help too, please read the following carefully.
If you book a class, please make sure that you cancel the class if you are unable to attend. If you don’t cancel and do not show up, then you are maybe taking up a spot that someone else could have had. If you do this more than once, you will not be able to book online for a week and must book via phone or email.
Our policy of locking the door once the class starts is now more important than ever, so please arrive on time for class.
We ask that you wear masks when entering the building and using communal areas. Please do not wear yoga masks to do yoga or fitness classes.
Social distancing – please practice social distancing as much as possible during your time at the studio.
Please stay at home if you are unwell, or you’ve been in contact with someone who is unwell with symptoms of Covid 19. Let us know immediately if you become infected with Covid 19 and have been at the studio.
Lockers are available for your use at the studio – bring your own padlock or use one of ours.
All classes must be booked in advance, no ‘walk-ins’ to the studio.
Our doors will open 15 mins before class starts.
