Safe & Effective
We wanted to bring together a range of classes that offer you the tools to build or maintain a strong foundation for life,
work and sport.
We offer a range of hot yoga classes, which are leading hot yoga sequences practiced all over the world. All of our teachers have a huge amount of passion, experience and knowledge in their fields, so rest assured, we know the heat, the benefits and what this type of yoga can do for you!
Our suspension classes have been designed following 10 years of running group TRX classes in both Australia and the UK. We’ve also trained over 200 fitness instructors in our nationally approved and accredited suspension training courses. We love working with every age group and fitness ability on TRX, from young athletes to post-natal mums and triathlon clubs!
Hot FG: This sequence is for beginners to intermediate and offers a challenging, but user-friendly sequence that works the whole body. It’s a real mix of HOT 26, Ashtanga and Power yoga.
Hot 26: This is the original beginners hot yoga class, with each posture leading into the next one. There are so many benefits from this yoga, which has been around since the 70’s and it is deeply therapeutic. There is also a focus on stillness, concentration and mindfulness. You do 26 postures in total and do everything twice in the 90 min class.
Hot Absolute: Absolute Yoga is comparative to Hot 26 in that it’s a set sequence of Hatha yoga poses. This yoga is perfect for beginners as you use static poses and a mirror to study and achieve the proper alignment.
Power Yoga: A flowing yoga sequence with an emphasis on upper body strength. This class is not for beginners to yoga, but it’s perfect if you’ve been doing yoga for a while (3 months plus) and have got your head around a warrior and a frozen cartwheel!
Yang to YIN: A lovely balance of two styles of yoga. The class starts with a flowing yoga sequence aimed at warming up the muscles and getting the heart rate up! The last 30 mins is floor based and slow and restorative, with postures held for up-to 5 mins, with the aim of going beyond the muscle to stress fascia, ligaments and tendons. This class is done in a warm, rather than hot room.
YIN Yoga: A non-heated class that consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes.
TRX easy to moderate is a full body workout aimed at beginners to suspension training, offering lots of modifications and options to achieve a full body workout on the straps.
TRX intermediate is a class aimed at those who have been using the straps consistently for around 3 months. We offer a varied and full body workout offering adaptations to increase the intensity.
TRX Boxing is a mix of cardio and strength. Start with TRX strength moves before moving onto a ‘boxing for fitness’ routine, working in pairs to achieve a cardio workout.
Circuit: A classic circuit class, using a range of equipment from battle ropes and rowers to kettle bells and punching bags.
