We wanted to bring together a range of classes that offer you the tools to build or maintain a strong foundation for life,
work and sport.
We offer a range of hot yoga classes, which are leading hot yoga sequences practiced all over the world. All of our teachers have a huge amount of passion, experience and knowledge in their fields, so rest assured, we know the heat, the benefits and what this type of yoga can do for you!
Our suspension classes have been designed following 10 years of running group TRX classes in both Australia and the UK. We’ve also trained over 200 fitness instructors in our nationally approved and accredited suspension training courses. We love working with every age group and fitness ability on TRX, from young athletes to post-natal mums and triathlon clubs!

Our TRX suspension training classes are varied, with something for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking for a challenging workout. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
Choose from Suspension Beginners to Suspension boxing and try our TRX circuit, incorporating TRX, kettle bells, spin bikes, rowers, battle ropes, slam balls, floor to ceiling ball, punch bags and more! If you are short on time, our 45 min blast is a winner or get specific with one of our workshops catered for your sport, from golf to tennis and more!
